Yes. Our SCORM-compliant modules are fully compatible with most Learning Management Systems, allowing for seamless integration and tracking within your existing platform.

Yes. If hosted on your LMS, completion data integrates with your reporting system. Alternatively, we can provide access via our platform with built-in reporting tools.

At this stage our courses are in English.

Yes. We offer three tiers:

  • Level 3: Advanced visual/media customisation and role-based learning paths

Depending on the level of customisation, turnaround time typically ranges from 5 to 15 business days. We’ll confirm exact timing during project scoping.

3. Compliance & Quality Assurance

All our modules have a disclaimer as a form of compliance communication. The disclaimer includes the following key points:

  • They are not a legal advisory service and do not provide legal advice on compliance breaches or incidents.
  • Legislation may be applied differently across industries, so our generic modules might need to be adapted or supplemented for specific organisational contexts.
  • Our modules are scrutinised by experts in work health and safety, human resources, privacy, and psychological safety and wellbeing.
  • All modules are regularly reviewed and updated in response to national legislative changes, including those from Safe Work Australia and other federal/state regulators.
  • Once updates are made, the effective date is clearly noted to ensure timely deployment.

This expert review helps ensure that the content is accurate, practical and reliable.

Absolutely. All our courses are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in national legislation, including updates from Safe Work Australia and key federal/state privacy and WHS regulations.

No, the compliance statement does not apply to all language versions. Currently, the only translated modules available are in Portuguese, and:

  • These translations are generic and do not reference specific legislation of any country.
  • They are positioned as covering general principles, rather than country-specific legal requirements.
  • The organization is open to creating localised versions when necessary.

4. Accessibility and Support

The main authoring tool we use is Articulate 360 Rise and not all the features are in line with the guidelines.

We are however more than happy to produce modules that are totally compliant on request.

We are also able to produce PDFs for sight impaired participants who make use of electronic readers such as JAWS.

We offer ongoing technical support, content updates (where applicable), and periodic reviews to ensure your training stays current and effective.
